Who The Hell Is This Guy Anyway

So who am I, and why should you care?

I’ve been a music producer and sound engineer for the past five years,

or at least that’s how long I’ve been dedicating most of my time to this as a career.

Before that, I was a drummer in several bands as well as a studio musician.

I’ve been playing in bands for almost two decades and have learned a ton

about what does and doesn’t work both in the studio and on the road playing shows,

and I want to share that knowledge and be the person I wish I had known ten years ago for you.

Who Is This Blog For

While some of what I can teach you applies to just about any genre of music

some of it is rather specific to rock and metal, and I’ll be tailoring my content to that

it will be mostly specific to bands and not solo artists, but you may find the information

applicable regardless, so I encourage you to stick around and check out my other posts anyway.

What This Blog Does

I’ll be posting weekly on various topics, but the common theme will be the career path and

proven methods of success. Things like starting a band, touring, and how to successfully release new music.

No matter what stage you’re in, there’ll be a post here that you’ll find helpful.
