Iron City™ Beer is searching for the next Iron City Sound Ambassador to sponsor in 2012. The Iron City Sound movement began in 2011 and has sponsored nearly 100 music related events in the Pittsburgh area over the course of the year, with 5 local artists representing the movement. We are committed to supporting Pittsburgh's thriving music scene and the artists and people who work hard growing it.

The winner will join current ambassadors 1,2,3; Bear Cub; DJ Bonics; Dream Job and Kellee Maize in representing the brand and will receive $5,000 to support their musical endeavors.

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, musicians must live in the Pittsburgh area and be at least 21 years of age. All genres of music are welcome; the contest is open to DJs/producers, emcees, solo artists and bands.

VOTING PERIOD

Monday, April 16th at 6:00 PM to Monday, Aprils 30th at 11:59 PM

Voters will be restricted to one vote per person each day.

WINNER ANNOUNCED MONDAY, MAY 14

PRIZE

As an official Iron City Sound Ambassador, the winner will receive a $5,000 endorsement from Iron City Beer to support their musical endeavors and become part of the Iron City Sound team

Ambassadors are required to represent the brand throughout the year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand Representation
  • Brand Consumption
  • Brand Integration on Social Networks
  • Web Promotion
  • Public Music Performances
  • Promotional Appearances
